Design & Planning Service

We can offer a Design & Planning Service, should you be thinking of erecting a new building on your farm we can take care of the planning with your local authority, or if you are going to install a new grain plant at your farm why not let us help design it with our CAD system.

LOCAL AUTHORITY APPROVAL

We can supply you with all the necessary drawings to allow you to submit a planning approval application, or should you wish we can also run as an agent for you and try to gain approval for your new build. If we run as an agent we will take care of:

•  CAD Plans & Drawings

•  All the necessary forms

•  Location Plans

•  An online submission will be made to your local authority

All that will be required from you will be to forward a cheque to your local authority for the planning fees.

We can also offer a service for colour plotting of your electronic copies to paper, from size A4 - A1.

Formats accepted are:

• DWG

• DXF

• PDF

• JPEG
